What happens on the monthly visit
These are the tasks that are easy to skip and expensive to forget. We handle them on a set day each month and leave a photo report.
None of it needs a licensed trade. It is consumable swaps, testing, cleaning, and documentation, the kind of upkeep that keeps a home running and catches small issues early.

Every quarter
The exterior rotation
On top of the monthly visit, each quarter rotates through the outside work that keeps a home protected. One a quarter, spread across the year, so it is never a big bill all at once.
Q1 · Dryer vent cleaning
Clears the lint build-up that is a leading cause of home fires. Cleaning only, we never alter the vent.
Q2 · Exterior windows
Glass, frames, sills, and tracks on the outside of the home, washed and wiped.
Q3 · Gutters
Gutter cleaning and debris removal before the wet season, so water runs where it should.
Q4 · Full exterior pressure wash
Walkways, entries, and building exterior pressure washed to close out the year.

Your exact rate is set by home size and scope. There is no long-term contract, and you can pause or cancel with 48 hours notice. Ask about pairing the membership with a recurring clean at the member rate.

What does the Home Care membership include?
A monthly visit that replaces air filters, tests smoke and CO detectors and swaps batteries, replaces reachable light bulbs, washes the entry, restocks consumables, and leaves a photo condition report. Plus a quarterly rotation: Q1 dryer vent cleaning, Q2 exterior windows, Q3 gutters, and Q4 a full exterior pressure wash.
How much is the membership?
From $129 a month, set by home size and scope. Members also get 15 percent off deep cleans, move-outs, and junk removal, priority scheduling, and vetted, licensed contractor referrals with no markup.
Does the membership include house cleaning?
The membership focuses on upkeep and a photo report, not a full house cleaning. Members get 15 percent off standard, deep, and move-out cleans, so many pair the membership with a recurring clean at the member rate.
What happens if you find something that needs a licensed trade?
We document it in your photo report and can coordinate a vetted, licensed contractor you hire and pay directly, with no referral markup. We do not perform, bid, or subcontract that work.
