Post-construction cleaning for builders and construction teams
Rough cleans, final cleans, and punch-list touch-ups for new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements across Santa Clarita, LA County, and Ventura County. Scheduled around your trades and your handover date. We clean only.
Rough vs final
Two phases, or just the one you need
Most projects need a rough clean during construction and a final clean before handover. We handle both, and a punch-list touch-up after, or only the phase you call us for.
Rough clean
After debris removal, before finish work.
- Clear leftover construction material and packaging
- Remove stickers and labels from windows and fixtures
- Knock down heavy dust from surfaces and framing
- Sweep and rough-vac floors for finish trades
- Clear window sills, ledges, and rough openings
- Stage the space so finish work can start clean
Final clean
Before the walkthrough and handover.
- Detailed dust removal from every surface and vent
- Interior and exterior glass, frames, and tracks
- Fixtures, outlets, switch plates, and hardware wiped
- Cabinets and drawers cleaned inside and out
- Appliances and restrooms detailed
- Floors vacuumed, mopped, and finished as specified
Punch-list touch-up
After the punch list is worked, we come back for a touch-up so the space shows the way it should for the final walkthrough and photos. Dust settles again once trades are back in, and we plan for it.
Who we work with
Built around the way a job site runs
We are used to job-site conditions, trade schedules, and handover deadlines. You get one crew that shows up when it says it will and cleans to a standard that holds up at the final walkthrough. We clean only, and never touch the construction work itself.
Builders
New construction and whole-home projects that need a reliable rough and final clean on schedule.
Construction teams
Crews that would rather hand the clean to a dedicated team than pull their own people off the work.
Tenant improvement
Office, retail, and medical build-outs cleaned and ready for the tenant on the handover date.
Renovation projects
Kitchen, bath, and addition projects where the finish has to look untouched by the work that got it there.
Developers
Single units or a run of them, cleaned to the same standard so every handover looks the same.
Property managers
Renovated units and common areas cleaned between construction and the first tenant or resident.
How it works
From plans to a clean handover
Send the project
Share the address, square footage, phase, and dates. Plans or a quick site visit if the scope needs it.
Per-project quote
You get a written price tied to the phase and scope, with the schedule mapped to your trades and handover.
We clean to walkthrough standard
The crew cleans the phase, and we plan the touch-up so the space shows clean when it counts.
Questions
Post-construction questions
What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?
A rough clean happens after the major debris is hauled out and before finish work goes in. It clears leftover material, knocks down dust, and preps the space. A final clean happens before handover: detailed dust removal, glass, fixtures, and floors so the space is ready for the walkthrough.
Do you work around a construction schedule?
Yes. Post-construction cleaning is scheduled around the trades and the handover date. We can phase a rough clean, a final clean, and a punch-list touch-up, or handle only the phase you need.
How is post-construction cleaning priced?
Per project, after we see the plans or walk the site. Square footage, phase, and the level of dust and debris drive the price, so we quote it directly rather than guessing.
Do you handle tenant improvement and commercial build-outs?
Yes. Office, retail, medical, and multi-tenant build-outs, plus residential renovations and new construction across Los Angeles and Ventura County. We clean only; we do not perform construction work.
