Prices are for standard homes in average condition and are confirmed before we schedule. Larger homes, heavy build-up, pet hair, and add-ons like interior windows are quoted separately. A deep clean is the reset. It is what most homes need before going on a recurring schedule, and what we recommend after a long gap between cleanings.
A standard clean keeps a maintained home maintained. A deep clean gets into the parts that collect months of build-up so the standard cleans after it stay quick and consistent.

How much does house cleaning cost?
A standard clean is $150 for a 2 bed, 1 bath home and goes up by home size, listed in the table above. Deep cleans and move-out cleans cost more because they cover more. Recurring service is discounted 10 to 20 percent depending on frequency.
What is the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?
A standard clean covers surfaces, floors, kitchen, and bathrooms on a recurring schedule. A deep clean adds the things that build up over months: baseboards, vents, inside the oven and refrigerator, grout, light fixtures, door frames, and behind and under furniture where accessible. First-time customers with no recent cleaning usually need a deep clean before going on a recurring schedule.
How does recurring billing work?
You pick weekly, biweekly, or monthly, and we assign you a standing day. Payment is due at the time of service and can be handled by card, check, or bank transfer. You can pause, reschedule, or cancel with 48 hours notice, with no long-term contract on residential service.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our recurring clients are at work. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, and we handle it from there. If you would rather be home the first time to walk us through the space, that works too.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. Vacuums, mops, cloths, and cleaning products are all included in the price. If you prefer we use specific products on certain surfaces, leave them out and let us know.
What if I am not happy with the job?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area at no charge. We would rather make it right than lose you over something that takes us 30 minutes to correct.
